Beacon Design, LLC and Beacon Landscapes DBA offers NO REFUNDS. As soon as our Landscape/ Hardscape is installed and we leave the property, it is the sole responsibility for the customer/ property owner to set up maintenance of all organic and non-organic material that has been installed. We are a Landscape Design, Hardscape Design, and install company and do not handle any sort of maintenance once we leave the property. There are many variables as to why plants, trees, or any other products might fail; therefore, it is very important to set up all the maintenance/irrigation needed to sustain the new life or product added to your property immediately.
